Crossing the Thames isn’t the most difficult thing to do, but when you are on a human powered hovercraft, things take a different meaning altogether. The University of London’s flight club built a human powered hovercraft, which they call “Steam Boat Willy,” and they’ve been taking it to weird outings for a long time. And Willy has showed that it could move well over water, and managed to cross the Thames without much of a trouble. Video after the jump.
