GM is preparing for the release of its much availed Chevrolet Volt, and to stick to the ideas of hybrids, the company has launched a new project. With the basic idea that consumers want their cars to be efficient, low-cost and green, GM takes these concepts to “Bare Necessities.”
The GM Lab currently has two concepts, a bare necessities car, and a bare necessities truck. Both the concepts are designed to be eco-friendly vehicles, with high efficiency and some trade-offs that would not make the ride uncomfortable, but would bring down the driving costs per mile. Checkout the videos that follow to see more of these concepts.
