Electro Bionic Bus concept: Insect inspired solar-electric vehicle

The Electro Bionic Bus concept (ELA 2010) from designer Mohammad Ghezel is designed to be a VIP luxury bus moving on clean energy. Its design is partly inspired from insects; the designer took inspiration from insect wings, eyes and feet for the structure, and created two side doors inspired by butterfly wings.
The concept is powered by electricity with in-wheel motors moving all eight tires, while solar panels on the roof generate energy for auxiliary purposes. Electro Bionic Bus is a recent entry for Michelin Challenge Design.
