These car costumes are a real idea to show you how weird and lame such half-assed attempts to create a Batmobile can be. Just look at that Beetle trying to ape the Batmobile and you’ll know what we’re talking about. It has plush fabric “bat wings” with no scratch plastic supports that clip onto the car windows. And there’s even a grill accent to add to the general lameness of the product. But then that’s as close you’ll ever get to driving a Batmobile-like thingy for $18.
